Instead of contributing positively, these individuals may prioritize their own needs, leading to a dynamic where you feel overwhelmed and unfulfilled. This feeling affects your mental and emotional well-being and hinders your overall productivity and progress. Recognizing this pattern is crucial, as it allows you to set boundaries and seek out mutually beneficial and supportive relationships.
