Episode 16: ”Supporting Our Returning Citizens and Helping Them Thrive”

For many of us the term, "Returning Citizen" is unfamiliar.  A Returning Citizen refers to someone who was previously incarcerated and is now returning to society.  This is a vulnerable population that experiences many unique challenges.
