The on and off school situation/ parents at the verge

Parents around the world are put under tremendous pressure and stress to home school their children, work, and cope themselves with the global pandemic. The uncertainty and readjustment to schools being open, then closed, then maybe open or semi open, and closed again is extraordinarily challenging. School is not only for its academics and cognitive development important, but especially for children’s socialization, friendships, and emotional development.
