When leadership failed to make the right decisions, a somewhat forgotten woman stepped in to act as the conscience of a nation. Her perseverance ended a famine and brought God's blessings to His people. As Rizpah brought hope to the forgotten, God wants to use you - even when it seems all hope is gone.
