In this episode, I wanted to share with you some findings - I asked Facebook what do you love the most about working in the dental practice and focused on groups that mainly consisted of people in support roles. I wanted to talk about this because I believe it is so important to check in on our support teams to make sure they are happy, satisfied and fulfilled in their roles. If we know what our current support teams love the most about working in the dental practice, then we should make sure we a providing a workplace that allows them to enjoy and love what they do!
