Relationships are hard, there’s no doubt about that – especially romantic relationships. The reality we face is that divorce rates are growing globally. In the U.S., according to worldpopulationreview.com, 50% of marriages end in divorce, 60% of second marriages end in divorce, and 73% of third marriages end in divorce. If we want, healthy and thriving relationships, there are red flags and even white flags to pay attention to. In this episode, Coach Dez addresses narcissism, gaslighting, guilt-tripping, co-dependency, complacency, disconnection, jealousy, imbalance, misalignment, and insecurity. If you are in a relationship that you know is unhealthy and you need support (or know someone who is), seek help. Talk to a professional like a therapist or relationship expert.
