Do not confuse them with The Alchemist from Vermont :) An OG of the Quebec craft beer scene, Alchimiste Microbrasserie has gone through many much needed changes under the new ownership of Pol Brisset. As well as working on his own brands, Pol is working hard to promote the Lanaudiere region of Quebec.
