• Keep doing it. The minute you stop that activity, they are really in trouble. And you know what? I had a very good commander in the military that always said, when the bullets are incoming, the first thing I like to do is close my eyes and take a deep breath. I thought wow. Like, remember to take a deep breath.

Bullying Story

• I was bullied in high school by a guy and he won't mind me sharing the story because it's actually pretty funny. Years later, he was the one that was actually being bullied. He tried to put that off on me and I wouldn't have it. Changing Moods
• A very good friend of mine lost his child at eight years old to bullying. Oh my gosh, yeah. Anyway, my kids know, not only do they not bully other kids, they don't witness it either without getting themselves involved.
