One of the worst feelings to have is that of being "burned-out" from work and responsibilities. Having too much on a plate, not being able to complete and yet needing to exist in multiple roles at the same time. It might be difficult to notice your "burnout" feeling in the beginning, however if not taken care of, it can manifest into anxiety, depression and isolation. Having compassion towards self and recognition is a key element towards self-care. Address your needs and whether or not burnout is manifesting.
