Being prepared Potential clients call my office all the time looking to hire us based on a variety of reasons. The one that always gets under my skin is when a potential client says, “my attorney or investigator was not prepared.” This is unacceptable and really should never happen. I acknowledge that the potential client may be someone who is seldom happy with services, however, you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know if a professional is prepared. It is often obvious! At LPDAM.org, our members take pride in being prepared. When we get it done, other professionals,like lawyers are prepared. It is just how it works! And who benefits, the client. It does not matter what the business is, you have to use the tools of the trade to maximize your position. This is why licensing isso important.
