The Nazca Lines

The Nazca Lines are among the most beautiful and intriguing of all human creations. These shallow indentations in the desert of southwestern Peru stretch for miles forming intricate patterns and figures which still fascinate people today. This week on Sidestories we delve into the history of the Lines, from their creation by the Nazca people to the archaeological work done on them in the last century. Finally, we analyze some of the the theories about their origins.
