Dr. Peter Reznik‘s Toolbox - 12.14.21

Dr. Reznik begins the hour with a special announcement about his new book, Taming the Debater Within. His illustrated short story talks about the self-critical voice in our heads that causes self-doubt, regret, or guilt, stopping us from living in the moment. It gives a clear breakdown of everyone’s own “Debater Within”, and offers a method of taming it.

Dr. Reznik continues his show by interviewing world-renowned psychiatrist, Dr. Norman Rosenthal. Dr. Rosenthal reads poems from his latest book, Poetry RX, and explains how each poem focuses on helping the reader deal with different emotional challenges. Dr. Reznik and Dr. Rosenthal also talk about other books written by Dr. Rosenthal and the numerous tools that they offer to the reader in finding mental and emotional balance.
