This is my dharma talk from the East Bay Healing Collective on January 20, 2020, identity in discomfort.  How are we when we are challenged, and how does this differ from who we are when we are calm?  Do we allow difficult moments to bring out the best in us?  How can we better rise to the challenges that we face?
