DB Cooper had a Grudge - Bill Rollins

Bill Rollins is an engineer, inventor, entrepreneur, pilot, and author of The Elusive DB Cooper; How he Escapes. His work on the case led him to the 58 November incident, and the father of Susan Germaine Giffe who was killed in that highjacking. Bill believes her father Joe Lakich pulled off the skyjacking to get revenge on the FBI for their part in that 58 November incident.
