Neil has recently relocated to Fuerteventura, Spain and performs shows both at home in the UK and in Spain. In this interview we find out how Neil works with volunteers to build a successful show, the importance of working with a good mentor and also discuss how Neil works out which volunteers are going to be his best subjects and how he takes them forward throughout the show.
