There are plenty of cases about ol' Jeffery so we're going to talk the life of Christopher Scarver (don't ask Zee to pronounce this name), a convicted murderer known for his fatal assault on serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer and murderer Jesse Anderson at the Columbia Correctional Institution in 1994.
