Prelude: You reach down, picking up the metal stapler, an antique. It weighs heavy in your hand. Perfect. The rage at the thousand tiny humiliations bubbling up, fusing with the innate talent within you. Magic like fire courses through your veins as you heft the small office supply in your hand. The latest and greatest source of your humiliation walks by, Jeremy. Their second rate orthotic office shoes filling the air with the unwashed stench of cheap foam. The cheap suit and his smug smile, blazing a trail of trauma through the third floor of the office tower. You know full well they'll be back to ask you to do more things outside your job description...again. The thousand other abuses leveled at each and every one of the workers on your level. Again and again. And when the reports come down, each of you assigned the blame for his failures, his claim of every miniscule success. You have had enough. It's time. The speed and power of your throw send the small metal implement of retribution hurtling at unbelievable speeds, aimed directly at the back of your oppressors head. Time slows, the faded red paint on the gleaming metal sides of the stapler contrasting the chipped chrome letters spelling a broken '_wingline" on the side spinning in a perfect spiral, just barely subsonic in the flight. The collision - a bone deep satisfying thump and crunch sound. Your rebellion has begun. It cannot be undone. You have just gone all-in against your corporate overlords... it's time to see this through to the devastating finish."

We return to the mean streets of the future - magic, technology, cyberware and spirits all collide in this fantasy cyberpunk world of Shadowrun. But this time with a twist - players begin and do not know their own characters. It's improv and mystery and lots of fun along the way. Dystopia never looked quite like this. Join us for episode 1 of our new short series, Shadowrun in the Blind.
