General Hospital fans can anticipate a flurry of dramatic changes as Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), who is currently recovering from burns in Germany, is set to return to Port Charles. The latest General Hospital spoilers suggest that he will be taken aback by the evolving dynamic between Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), who may well be in a full-blown romance upon his arrival on the ABC soap opera. 

GH sees Willow Tait's (Katelyn MacMullen) swift move on from Michael to Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) could also leave Michael reeling. Furthermore, the revelation of Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) being a covert WSB spy and Christina Corinthos' (Kate Mansi) ongoing feud with Ava Jerome (Maura West) might also come as a shock to Michael. The biggest surprise, however, might be his father Sonny Corinthos' (Maurice Benard) undisclosed heart condition, which could potentially be critical by the time Michael returns.
