Matt "the Cat" Hillyer, lead singer for the great classic country band Eleven Hundred Springs, comes on the podcast to regale us with some crazy gig stories.  From a casino gig playing for a live chicken, to playing for a lingerie party, to the early days of those infamous Eleven Hundred Springs shows at Adair's.  So many great stories we had to split it up into two parts.  This is part 1.  Matt has a solo album coming out in 2023, so be on the lookout for that!
