Ep 67 The Origin of Move Happy With Erin Nicole

On today's episode I share the origin of where Move Happy came from. It all started in a psychiatric hospital I worked in. I lost my father my 3rd day on the job and received so much kindness from my patients and staff. I created Move Happy as an active treatment group combining positive psychology, journaling with group discussion and workouts with minimal equipment.
