Join my co-host Lisa Berry and me as we sit down with Candace McKim, Intuitive Coach, Author, and TEDx Speaker. Candace has spent decades combining her background in Social Work with Yoga and Chakra Therapy to form a series of intuitive teachings.

Intuition is our soul speaking to us. While this dialogue is constantly occurring, it is our decision, moment-to-moment, to listen. Trusting our intuition, therefore, is a practice. It can be cultivated.

What are some of the benefits of trusting your intuition? For one, confidence--confidence in yourself and your decisions in life. Also, one experiences more ease when trusting intuition, rather than slogging through life feeling that everything is forced.
