Natalie Luke holds an interdisciplinary Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, and Biophysics from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. She has transitioned her career several times, starting as a high school science teacher before climbing several rungs of the career ladder to become Vice President of a STEM company. Natalie's bold career transitions wouldn't have happened without using her mom's formula of career success, as illustrated in her debut book, UnCeiling Your Career — At Any Age.

Natalie has immortalized her mother’s recipe in this book to help women worldwide gain confidence in themselves, develop their leadership skills, and provide a framework to create the life of their dreams.

In this episode Natalie shares advice for career advancement that is predicated on dreaming big, focusing on the WHY and not the HOWs, and how to overcome the inevitable obstacles.
