Ridley Speaks: Seeking Validation (Season 3)

Seeking validation from others can be harmful to your overall being.  The problem is when you try too hard to fit in or please everyone around you, little by little, you lose a part of yourself in the process.  Do not give anybody the power to starve you by not giving you the validation you are craving for. And I admit, I learned this the hard way.
