Frank's gone to visit his Dad in Bulgaria.  Frank Senior made the decision to migrate there a few years ago.  As a young man he made a lot of money working in commission only sales jobs, but didn't get the fulfillment he craved, so moved into a career in social services.

This episode is packed full of warming memories and wonderful insight.  It centres around the importance of a healthy life/work balance to achieve true happiness.  There's recollections of career changes, beach holidays, and wheels falling off cars!
