Trauma and Awakenings

I was recently asked by one of my listeners if I thought trauma caused spiritual awakenings. I thought this was a very interesting question, and I wanted to do my best to explain what I thought about this very subject. It does seem clear that many people who experience awakenings also experience trauma, but does one cause the other. In today's episode, I explore this very topic.
