HAAS Gave Up Too Soon (Maybe They Should Have Kept Mick Schumacher)

HAAS isn't the best team on the grid and it's been since 2015 when they actually looked in competitive form. They have had one of the most toxic young driver pairings, including Mick Schumacher and Nikita Mazepin. So many things transpired from that pairing that did not benefit the team.

Nikita was soon dismiss due to flashing problems with the Russian government. Which later HAAS was pounded for their involvement with Russia. Then, Mick was cancelled before the following season due to several things.

But, did HAAS do what was need to groom the drivers and or support their growth in the sport of Formula 1?
