Each week our friends at the Iowa Restaurant Association select a member to join us as our Restaurant of the Week and this week it is Harbinger with Chef/Owner Joe Tripp. Here we talk about what inspired his new eatery, the amazing flavors that come from veggies, how food is so different from culture to culture, why he changes his menu (sometimes daily) and so much more.
