Back again with another extreme black metal band that has a hint of death from Mandeville, Louisiana. I join the mighty Gnashing in their rehearsal space. I chat with Chris, Brennan, Erik and Taylor. The four piece outfit is one to dig into if you find yourself a fan of blackened death metal. Collectively, the band grew up listening to everything thrash metal. From the likes of Metallica to things as progressive as Opeth, ISIS and TOOL. They have concocted their own blackened death metal offering that is seasoned with shreddy leads and pummeling riffs.
