The incredible Elsie Spittle joins Kate & Wyn this week.  Elsie shares how she first began to touch the quiet, the stillness and the joy that is part of our nature as human beings.  She chats about her friendship with Syd Banks and how his easy joy of life opened up the possibility of happiness for her own life.  Elsie shares stories of witnessing how our innate wisdom and mental health can show itself in any situation, as soon as we touch the quiet under the noise.  She reminds us that we are all so much more than we think.

Elsie Spittle is an internationally recognized speaker, mentor and author. Elsie is in the unique position of having known Sydney Banks, originator of the Three Principles, before he had his epiphany. She witnessed the extraordinary change that occurred in him and the unprecedented impact his work had on thousands of people, and how this has brought about a new paradigm in the fields of psychology and psychiatry.

Elsie had the privilege of receiving “on the job” training directly from Mr. Banks. She is considered the first formal teacher of the Principles, after Sydney Banks. For over four decades she has devoted her life to sharing the Principles with the world.

Elsie is co-founder of the Three Principles School, based on Salt Spring Island, BC.
