Episode 134: Sandwich Generation

This week on the @supadupapod we talk about the Sandwich Generation, people in their 40s and 50s that care for their parents and young children.  The New York Times article details the financial and emotional stresses of this generation and how people can manage this stressful time of life.  

 

We also encourage people to remember the school shooting in Nashville and not let the news cycle move on before we have more discussions about how to stop this from feeling normal.
