MESSAGE SUMMARY: Many of us are living in difficult times with the possibility of losing everything. Don’t give up on the will of God no matter your difficulties or your life situation. As Paul tells us in Romans 12:2 regarding God’s will for our lives: “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”. One of God’s character attributes is that God does not change. In 1 John 2:17, the Apostle John points out that God’s will for us does not change; and our discernment of His will should be our life-focus: “And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever.”. God is faithful. God’s provision for your needs may not look like what you expected, but He will provide for your needs. Strive to seek God’s will for your life and strive to live in His will.
TODAY’S AFFIRMATION: I affirm that because I am in Jesus Christ I will seek God’s perspective on my situation. For I know that in all things God works together for good to those of us who love Him and are called according to His purpose. (From Romans 8:28).
