Sinn Fein MEP Honoured to be Considered Possible Presidential Candidate

Sinn Fein MEP, Liadh Ni Riada says it is an honour and humbling that people would consider her a possible candidate to run for the office of Presidency.

The party’s Ard Cohairle meets on Sunday to decide on the person they want to contest the Presidential election next month.

The Ireland South MEP has been tipped to be the likely Sinn Fein candidate.

Speaking today in Strasbourg, Liadh Ni Riada insists the party has to go through a process before a final decision is made:
