Transylvania is a place synonymous with all things paranormal, a region so scary it should be twinned with Jurassic Park. And of course it is known as the home of the vampire. I promise that we will return to Transylvania in a future episode with the focus firmly on those neck-obsessed, nocturnal, coffin-dwelling, shapeshifting creatures, but this time out we’re looking at a forest located within Transylvania, that doesn’t have ties to vampires, but is claimed to be one of the scariest, most paranormally active places on Planet Earth.

UFOs, ghosts, and baffling disappearances are reported here all too often.
