Finding your Authentic Voice with Doreen Downing

My guest today is Doreen Downing a PHD psychologist,  author of the book Seven Secrets to Finding Your Voice and host of the  Find Your Voice, Change Your Life podcast. Doreen shares her personal experience with losing and finding her own voice that has become the driving passion for her work. We discuss what it truly means to find your voice and explore how it's not just about physical vocal expression but also about authentic self-expression in all aspects of life.
