In today's episode I'm sharing my own birth story! My good friend Joelle Constance (Ep 2) joins in the show to interview me about the birth of my daughter Alice. 

We start off by discussing a prior pregnancy I had when I first met Alice's dad and how that was the catalyst to wanting to start a family young. I initially wasn't planning a homebirth so we go into detail about what factors played into that decision and then how the pregnancy and birth panned out. 

After dinner, putting the babies to sleep, and a few glasses of wine, we then go on to discuss what my postpartum and breastfeeding journeys were like including my experiences with blocked ducts and mastitis.
