12. What You Need To Know About GDPR, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies As An Entrepreneur With Attorney Aiden Durham

This week's episode covers legal ease in a down to earth manner.  My guest Aiden Durham talks about the intricacies of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Compliance and why it matters even if you don't have customers in the European Union.  GDPR is a requirement (currently active in the European Union, but also some other states in the US-think California and Vermont.  Data Protection is big business (think Facebook data breach last year) and several other states are already taking additional action on protecting consumer data.  I've linked to the state laws passed in 2018.
