One area we can have Strongholds is around sex. Sex is one area in our lives where we can constantly be under a barrage of things. The thing is God is pro-sex, God created sex. So to understand sex fully we need to go to the creators instructions. Sex within the parameters that God has is great, outside of them it is distructive.
