1. (00:00-20:55) CDC order is unconstitutional and unlawful and Joel Griffith of the Heritage Foundation breaks it down, where the CDC thinks this power comes from and discusses how “the President has violated his oath of office” by doing this! What other Constitutional rights can they violate?
2. (20:56-26:47) You don’t need an eviction moratorium, get a job! There’s jobs out there! Companies search for truck drivers from overseas! What’s to stop the CDC from saying your vacant 2nd home is unfair and causing the spread of covid and needs to be rented to someone for $0?

Dr. Huber also talks about shutting down the world and the mental impacts this has had and will Americans sit back and let this happen again? What do most people die of? Why not give people a gym membership and an apple versus a tax break?
