We all have heard that you’re the sum of the five people you spend time with. Instead, you’re a product of the people you meet, the places you go, and the books you read.

People that come in and out of your life who are there to teach you something at a particular moment in your life. This shows up in so many different ways (a few powerful personal examples I share in this episode).

In this episode, I talk about how opening up your circle also opens yourself to different ways to being; how you can choose to see these experiences as learning opportunities; and share some tips for how to make small changes in your life daily that could open you up to new people and experiences. When you keep your circle small, it constricts your evolution!

Remember, “comfort in the moment might feel good, but it will also keep you stuck.”
