47. Rob Younger, Sweet Home HS (OR), ret.

He's a legend who coached 74 individual sport seasons spanning 45 years, in addition to 14 years as the president of an umpire association, plus 9 years and counting as the Executive Director of the Oregon Athletic Coaches Association. A true lifer, Younger offers up just a portion here of a lifetime worth of coaching experience.
