For his badge story, Jim recalls an investigation involving the escalation of a prolific flasher and how thorough analytics was utilized to help apprehend the offender. Jim shares how he became involved with the IACA back in the early 2000s, how it helped shape his career, and his time serving as President and Webmaster. Jim is currently the Crime Analysis Division Manager at Houston Police Department.
