Black@Work aims to fill the intergenerational business knowledge gaps created by the systematic exclusion of Black people from careers and industries. We're not just talking about getting hired—we're talking about how to navigate and reshape industries for future Black talent. 

I'm your host, William Roberts-Foster, a 15yr veteran of the corporate worlds of entertainment, advertising, and media. My conversations with Black professionals aim to shine a light not only on jobs you didn't know existed, but on the ways for upcoming Black talent to claim those titles and opportunities as well.
