The LPGA and the Solheim Cup

One of the biggest international golf events is the Solheim Cup Tournament and it's in Des Moines this week. Reports are that a record number of tickets, over 130,000 have been purchased to see the best female golfers in the United States compete against the best from Europe. We caught up with Jon Podany the Chief Commercial Officer for the LPGA at the Des Moines Golf and Country Club. Here we talk about the LPGA, the Solheim Cup and the economics of these events.
