07. How Chemicals in Your Skin Care Products Impact Your Thyroid (and what to do about it!)

I wish I could tell you that supporting my liver was one of the first things I did when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. 

But I didn’t. I was totally unaware of the connection between liver health and toxins and thyroid health. 

It wasn’t until I struggled for months that I came across the important information that I’m going to share with you today– that the things that we use in our homes and on our bodies have an impact on our actual HEALTH... especially how chemicals impact hypothyroidism.

In this episode, we’re talking about everyday toxin exposure, especially in our personal care routines… we’ll look at what chemicals impact our thyroid health and how they’re doing it… and, of course, I have a few simple shifts that you can do to start making a move towards non-toxic skincare.
