PTSD to some would bring images of improved explosive devices and war torn streets, whilst to others the idea that trauma is a factor in everybody lives to some level each and every day.

This is not to say they are the same think to the observer but trauma is trauma in the eyes of the individual and hoe they are trained or not to deal and to process that trauma.
