Don’t Wait to Thank with Kevin Monroe - Episode 77

Kevin Monroe is an optimistic and engaging gratitude advocate. After a depressive episode in 2018, he began infusing thankfulness into every aspect of his life. In 2019, Kevin hosted his first amazing gratitude initiative and throughout the past few years it continues to grow tremendously. His latest challenge is: “Don’t Wait To Thank" A month long challenge of simple gratitude exchanges. 

Kevin is a graduate of Gonzaga University with a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership. He has an undergraduate degree in theology from Mercer University. He lives in Woodstock, Georgia and is not only a creator and gratitude guide but also a husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

In this uplifting episode, Kevin reminds us gratitude is one of the most powerful tools for shifting perspective. It is not a “cure all” but it certainly is a “cope all.” He reminds us of the quote "Sharing gratitude is the simplest yet most profound thing a human can do for another."

Kevin also encourages everyone who is listening to ask oneself, "Who has brightened my day or lightened my load in the last week?" Tell them "I’m grateful" and watch the ripple effects of gratitude.
