Hi Órla, I suffer with extreme irregular periods, maybe one every 6 months since coming off the pill.  I've had bloods taken but all hormone levels are normal.  Why is this?  . 2. Hey Órla, What herbs would you use for  period pains? Neurofen is the only thing that works for me but it kills my stomach.  Thanks. . 3. Hi Órla, Myself and my boyfriend haven't had s€x in a long time.  I'm worried I'm not attractive to him anymore.  Any advice?  .
