Prisoners (2013)

Digging back in the TNE Archives, we present a double feature of two films by Denis Villeneuve. Back in 2013 Villeneuve made two films with Jake Gyllenhaal. The first, a crime thriller/meditation on trauma with Prisoners, and the other, a surrealist character study of a man coming to terms with two sides of himself. For this Monday's edition of your weekly TNE digest, we present Prisoners! Caleb and Eric discuss what we think of Villeneuve's first crack at a hollywood film.
