Today we talk to Lisa Nelson-Haynes, the executive director of Philadelphia Young Playwrights. In her role, she brings a deep knowledge of the Philadelphia arts-education community, coupled with hands-on experience with non-profit management and educational programming. 

She tells us how she helps young people to learn the skills of telling their stories in their own voices.
