I am love, light and full spectrum of a human being
On this episode:
I learned to feel my feelings and the wholeness of life experiences
I always have been a sensitive person and used to shut down and numb to not feel
I was healing my emotional body on my journey
I all passes faster when we don’t resist our feeling
You can’t have joyfully when you fight certain parts of you
Have grace and compassion with yourself and feel your feelings
We do whatever we can to avoid pain
Writing a book t’s fun and tedious
We think it’s the one thing that will change our lives but it is about the gradual changes
Daily Rituals:
I thrive in variety in my rituals
I sleep 10 hours a day
Take in the sunshine daily
I set my life to be enjoyable
Last thing that’s on my heart:
Your happiness is out there, have compassion to resolve what gets to be resolved
